I have to also agree with this. I know all to well that "bringing" someone into the church doesn't change them. My husband and an elder from our church does jail ministry. We have had at least two men come into our church after they were released and their "so called" conversion...was short lived. It's really sad when I see churches "conforming" to the world to make it more appealing. And yes....a good church is hard to find. I am very lucky.

As far as I know you plant flowering bulbs in the fall, but not positive.

I have never thought about doing that! I have never thought about canning potatoes. How do you can them and what do you use them for? I am very curious.

Yeah...I would much rather have spring. We had 79 degrees yesterday and today it is only 34. Go figure.

I've got my account activated now and wanted to take time to introduce myself. I am a keeper at home, wife to one wonderful hubby, and mama to 3 wonderful children. Most importantly I am a child of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I love baking, gardening, canning, crocheting, sewing, etc. You can find out about our crazy family and all the goings on at candle-by-night.blogspot.com. Can't wait to get to know everyone here. I love the dancing snowman for the message icon. I'm just a little partial to snowmen since Snow is my last name! Blessings to All!

Michelle, Does it have a site to show you how to crochet too? I would love to learn..I knit some, mainly scarves and those cotton dishrags..I give those to my cousin..she loves em. Thanks Penny I think I know of the one Michelle is talking about for knitting. For crochet try this link www.anniesattic.com/crochet/content.html?type_id=S. It's not the greatest, but it helps if you have never done it before.

Michelle, that is such a wonderful testimony. Thank you for sharing with us. Are the Godly Home tapes from Denny Kenaston? I love those tapes! They are such a blessing.
