Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream CookiesVery good! Love 'em! Taken from www.culinary.net2 cups flour 2/3 cup baking cocoa 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened 2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 large eggs 10-ounce package Nestle Tollhouse Swirled Chocolate and Peanut Butter morsels , divided 1/2 cup chopped peanuts, optional PREHEAT oven to 325°F. COMBINE flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup morsels and peanuts. Drop by well-rounded teasthingyfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Press down slightly. Top with remaining morsels. BAKE 11 to 13 minutes or until cookies are puffed and centers are set. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Yield: 5-6 dozen
