I went to a homeschool convention this past weekend and was so refreshed! I hadn't been in a few years and was feeling somewhat burnt out. One of the class sessions I attended was about the importance of physical fitness for women and I needed top hear that! I KNOW its important but the session helped motivate me to actually DO something about it. After so many babies in such a short time frame, I am tired of feeling like a blob and certainly don't want my children to become blobs!
Anyway, all that to ask: What do any of you out there do for family physical fitness? How do you work it in other than chasing the kids outside? I need ideas to work into my new schedule.

OH! How I wish I had some suggestions for you ... because if I did, that would mean that I'm in better shape than I am.
Anyhow, with you mentioning your recent birth - How is that new little bundle? I'll be he's growing fast .... tb

He was a whopping 10# at his 2 month check up. He nurses well which helped me lose the baby weight rather quickly. That was a first and I love it! I still need to get my old body in better shape. I would love to start walking more but, it is just too dog gone hot! I can't take the heat and humidity here! And the boys just laugh when they see me run which is not at ALL encouraging! It wouldn't hurt my husband to exercise more too so I am trying to come up with ideas that we can do as a whole family. Little guy will have to be the cheerleader!
