Besides my weight problem I have two boys with opposite weight problems. One is too thin and one is too...husky ;D . I don't know how to get my thin one to gain, I serve him more food than the rest of us, he doesn't eat as much though and is a bit picky. My husky one on the other hand eats almost as much as I do.
They eat breakfast and lunch at school Mondays through Fridays. The reason for the breakfast at school is because they aren't hungry before they get on the bus so I found my efforts wasted when I made breakfast and they don't eat it or do and then go to school and eat another breakfast. We are on free lunch. Eating school lunch is a habit I'm trying to slowly change, I was doing great making lunches but I got a bit overboard and would make kinda extravagant things. Anyways I got off task here. Any suggestions on getting one to eat and the other to, well, not eat as much?

A few things come to mind.
1. when was their last check up and what did your doctor say then?
2. how old are they?
3. My kids are all super skinnies. No, one is actually normal and compared to the others looks heavy. She is perfect, however, on the growth charts. My others are just skinny with hyperactive metabolisms or something.
4. Kids hit growth spurts and that weight can balance out.
