If He Wants To Marry My Daughter by Vodie Baucham, Jr.
Although Mr. Baucham uses the New English Standard translation for scripture references, I still enjoyed and found the information contained in the book very helpful.
The book appears to most often be "marketed" towards fathers, however, it is a great read for mothers, young men (sons 16-18+) and certainly young ladies (daughters 16-18+).
Mr. Bacham has very successfully explained and applied the Bible's Old Testament principles and the New Testament's guidelines regarding the family's (primarily the father's) role in assisting our daughters in the selection of a husband very well to modern culture. He has successfully explained how and why it is so important for Christian families to go against the flow of our modern culture - especially the areas of modern culture that's invaded and been accepted by mainstream Christianity.
If any of you decide to pick up this read, I pray it blesses you and your family as much as it's blessed me.
