With peaches being in season now I found this recipe & wanted to share....
Peach dessert Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Take 2 cups crushed pretzels ( I did it in a qt. size bag & used a rolling pin) 3 Tablesthingys sugar 1/2 cup melted butter Mix together & spread into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes then cool.
Take 1-8 ounce package cream cheese (room temp) 8 ounces thawed Cool Whip 1 cup sugar 1- 6 ounce package peach Jell-o 2 cups boiling water 4 cups sliced fresh peaches --about 6 peaches
Beat together sugar & cream cheese & fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel crust. Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water & let cool to room temp. Stir sliced peaches into cooled Jell-o. Place in frig. about 30 min. then sthingy over the cream cheese mixture & chill till firm. Enjoy !
