This one is self explanatory and yet it is so hard. How many times have we just jokingly told a lie. Teasing would fall into this category. This can hurt the children so much. A couple verses that speak on this are found in proverbs Pro 26:18-19 As a mad man who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death, So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport? We are trying to be very aware of all of the times that this happens in our home and to correct it. I did not realize how many times I would tease the children. This can also be a way that we frustrate them. Let us watch our words. Oh, be careful little mouth what you say Oh, be careful little mouth what you say for the Father up above is looking down in love. So, be careful little mouth what you say
