We recently have come into a situation where someome wants to give us their old piano. I want to get my girls into lessons so this is a blessing to us! I'm curious though if anyone knows a good piano from a bad piano short of needing a tune up. This one is a Wellington model from around the early 1900's. It looks like a good cleaning wouldn't hurt it but the keys are there. Will it be worth the effort of moving it?

Hey Keflavik,
I personally don't know anything about pianos, but wanted to congratulate you all on such a wonderful blessing. My #1 plays several instruments and I do know that he paid a few thousand dollars for his keyboard system. I am so excited the Lord has blessed you all so abundantly. tb

I was just given a piano. I do not know what kinds to say are good or bad. If it was free I would take it.
