Well right now hubby is reading "Through Gates of Splendor", I have started reading a harder version of "Pilgrims Progress" to the children. I was reading one that was too easy. Bri has already read the harder one on her own. The children love reading the classics for children. We have several of those. I just got done reading Beverly Lewis' newest. Hubby got it for me for my BD. I also would like to read "The End of the Spear" by Steve Saint. I am also wanting to start a Bible study using Debi Pearls' book, "Created to be His Helpmeet" I haven't read it yet, but I hope to soon. Have any of you ever heard of YWAM publications. We are hoping to take some of our tax check and get a set of these. I want my children to know about the great hero's of the faith that have went before them. We are reading through the book of Proverbs in our daily devotions. The children are really picking up some good truths out of it. That's it for the Pruetts right now. Heather

Dear Sister, I have read Mrs. Pearl's book and it is a great help to our family. I would love to wee a study guide to go along with it. I also want to do a Bible study using that book. Guess we need to get some folks here at the church first. A friend has just finished the end of the spear and said it was very good. Have to get it from the library. Right know I am not reading anything. Guess I need to get back into that habit.
