I registered sometime last week. I also read where I would receive a questionnaire before I was approved. I haven't received anything as of yet.
I've already activated my account with the code that was sent, but I'm still showing waiting for approval. I used my name instead of my screen name, because it won't allow me to use gardener, as it is already a registered member... which would be me.
