I have two bunnies that were my birthday presents, The flys are laying eggs in them and I need help!!! What do I do to take care of this.

Are they laying eggs in their ears? If so, put a couple drops of baby or mineral oil in each ear. This also gets rid of/prevents ear mites (you know they have ear mites when/if you see crusty scabs on the inside of the ears).
Also with regard to flies, you may want to be sure to shovel the manure out from under the hutch and move it to a compost pile far away from the animals on a daily basis. We've also hung those sticky fly traps near our hutches to help reduce the fly population.

For flies in or outside you can fill a zip lock bag & hang it next to a door or wherever you don't want flies & they won't come around the baggie....a local drive in had one just outside their window & when we asked they told us...I've tried it & it works...I used a sandwich zip lock & filled half full of water & put a small nail just outside the patio door...works like a charm...
