This is a make ahead item & easy for kids to do...Takes 30 min. total if not "pre prepared". Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Ingredients: 24 Wonton wrappers ( Walmart in the cooled Oriental section 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1/2 cup chunky picante sauce (I use Pace mild) 1 cup shredded Fiesta blend cheese (Walmart ..we use a lot of cheese) 1 cup finely chopped black (or green) olives
Directions: Press wonton wrappers into muffin (cup cake) pans to form a "cup". Bake at 425 degrees F about 8 min. or until cups are golden brown...remove from oven & set aside. Leave in pan. Brown ground beef until cooked & drain. Add taco seasoning & mix well then add picante sauce & mix again. Add olives & mix again. Add mixture into baked "cups" & add cheese on top & brown in oven until cheese is melted. ENJOY!
