Dear Sisters, I would like to ask that you say a prayer for my family as we travel to Kalamazoo this weekend, it will be the "Family Christmas Gathering" at my Dad's home, I am preparing ham for 30 people, (pray nothing burns) seriously, I just want you to know that my family is pretty removed from the word Christian, and I hope we are a good influence to them all. Some are fallen away Christians, some are not professing anything..
Thank you again. Love in the Lord, Sister Penny

It is so wonderful to have Christian friends that you know will be praying. I understand all about the family gathering. I pray that you all will be a wonderful example of Christians to your family. May you light shine bright for the one who came into the world and was the light of the world. We love you and will keep you in our prayers. Also we will pray that nothing burns. Cooking for others is always more stress than cooking for your own family. In His Keeping, Michelle

Dear Sisters, Thank you for the prayers and the trip was fine, the travel there was precarious about at the halfway point with blowing and drifting snow..I am grateful my husband drove :-) Dinner was outstanding, my brother and part of his family were there, and also my sister and all of her family, Aunt and Uncle, it was just fun and we all had lots of laughter and a very good meal.
Thank you again your prayers were answered!
Lord bless Penny
